Adjustable Truck Curtain
Curtain is removable and is fitted to aluminium reinforcement strips in the roof of the truck. They are spaced 1200mm apart (the length of a pallet) so as the truck gets unloaded the curtains are moved to the front of the truck to keep the area to be refigerated to a minimum. |

This opening exceeded 7000mm wide x 4500mm high. The aluminum headrail is fixed to the concrete panel of the building and supports the 400 x 4 clear PVC strips, these strips are ideal for this size opening and heavy traffic ie folk lifts and small trucks.
The objective was to reduce wind and birds into the warehouse but allow free movement of traffic to load and unload vehicles

Qantas Heavy Maintenance - Avalon Airfield
Their fiber room (fiber glass & carbon fiber) there are 5 doors all up and they have an interlocking system in place so only one door at a time can be open. These doors also have brush seals on both sides and the top with the rubber seal on the bottom to create a complete seal around the entire door.

Smorgon Steel - Sunshine
RL3000 High Speed Doors designed to allow the loading of steel coils into the mesh production plant. These 6 doors are activated by magnetic loops placed in the concrete in front of each door so the doors will open independently of each other. Once the folk lift pass over these loops the doors will open, the inline photo beams detect the steel being loaded onto the carries and hold the door open. Once the loading is done the doors will close when the folk lift has moved away from the doors.
A total of 10 RL3000 High Speed Doors have been installed and are operating at this site.
